Each artwork is produced to order.

Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for printing, finishing, framing, and dispatch.

No. Orders do not include pricing or payment details.

Our artworks are often purchased as gifts. If you’re buying for someone else or need additional presentation options, feel free to contact us.

In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged, please email us at info@thepleasureofart.com with clear photos of the artwork and outer packaging. Retain all packaging until the issue is resolved.

At present, we don’t offer an expedited shipping option as standard.

However, if you have a time-sensitive request, you’re welcome to contact us and we’ll do our best to advise on available options.

For international orders, shipments may be subject to standard customs procedures depending on the destination.

In many cases - particularly for art prints -no additional charges apply. If any duties or taxes are required by local authorities, they are determined by the destination country and handled by the courier.

We'll always try to accommodate special requests where possible, such as alternative packaging or presentation options, particularly for gifts or trade orders. If you have a specific requirement, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can advise.

Artwork

Yes. Works are available unframed, allowing you to choose your own framing or work with a local framer. Simply select unframed when adding the artwork to your basket.

We offer a small number of standard framing options, each designed to complement the scale and character of the artwork and ensure the strongest visual impact.

Small, Medium and Large prints are presented in a classic gallery-style frame. A premium white mat board with a 6 cm beveled edge runs around the photograph, creating an elevated, timeless look.

For Giant, Collector, and Exhibition sizes, we offer premium shadow box frames. By adding depth between the artwork and the acrylic, the shadow box gives the photograph a bold, sculptural presence—a favorite among photographers, galleries, and designers.

With our Full Bleed option, the photograph extends to the very edge of the frame—no mat, no border. The result is a clean, modern look that lets the image make a powerful statement.

Unframed prints arrive in a sturdy shipping tube and include a slightly larger white border around the image—giving you the freedom to choose your own framing style.


If you have a specific request - such as a different frame colour, an alternative framing style, or size adjustments - we’ll do our best to accommodate this.

Our frames are offered in a curated, standard finish to ensure consistency across the collection.

That said, for specific projects or requests, you’re welcome to contact us and we’ll advise where options may be available.

All frames are wooden and assembled specifically for each piece.

All framed artworks arrive ready to hang.

Fixings are selected based on the size and weight of the piece. For larger formats, we recommend appropriate wall anchors or professional installation where required.

Framed artworks are finished with UV-protective acrylic.

This provides excellent clarity and protection, while reducing the risk of damage during transit compared to traditional glass.

Returns & cancellations

All artworks are produced to order, including printing, mounting, and framing.

For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has been completed.

As each piece is custom made specifically for you, we’re unable to offer exchanges for alternative sizes once an order has been placed.

We recommend reviewing sizing details carefully before completing your purchase. If you need guidance, feel free to contact us prior to ordering.

Cancellations or changes can be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production has begun, we’re unable to make amendments, as each artwork is prepared individually to order.
